We had a fun filled day, full of activities for our kids in a beautiful green space. My son tried new activities like rappelling and ziplining for the first time. The energy in the group was great, and it was nice to interact with so many likeminded families.

Mitra for life has very well planned events. Both my sons enjoy being at the events. I like the informal open discussions. We are looking forward to the future programs.

The parent support group meetings have given us a group of friends, to share our problems with and to help us with solutions. It has been very motivating to be with the group throughout the year, and it has helped me support my daughter to be more independent.

Thanks to the team for providing young individuals with difficulties and their parents with opportunities to socialise in a group. We have been at many of their events, and our son looks forward to them
